Personal training is an individualized approach to fitness, health, and overall wellness. Sessions are directed to the specific needs and goals of the client, to improve muscular strength, endurance, power, and flexibility, plus core, balance, posture and cardiovascular health.

Get 1-on-1 coaching from in a private studio that’s focused on you. Using your goals, time-frame, preferred exercises, personal capability and current health conditions – I will design and customize a personal exercise program that’s tailored to your needs.

I also provide two person personal training sessions, you’ll be motivated and energized from family or friends, all while having fun at being active. Personal training sessions are customized so that each person can be performing different exercises at their own level and ability.
