My goal has always been, and will always continue to be,  to make Victoria Jane Fitness a home for everyone at every stage of life and fitness.

 

I intentionally keep my class sizes small to ensure you get the right motivation and attention you need to achieve your goals- I want to ensure you succeed and feel supported along the way.

 

It doesn’t matter if you’re trying to improve your health and fitness, tone your body up or you just want something to keep you active, I’ll have your heart racing, body sweating and your calories burning!

 

My Abbotsford bootcamp is a perfect blend of kickboxing and bootcamp stations to really burn those calories!

This class includes proper instruction in kickboxing moves and technique, drills and super fun combinations. All fitness levels welcome!! No need to bring equipment all pads and gloves supplied!
